-Decent pay and bonuses when supply chain issues arent involved -Free to set up your days how you see fit per the existing schedulign software

Cons

-Depending on the ACM, you can be micromanaged -There has been some unrealistic standards given to other supers due to houses needing to be constructed to meet quotas for investors
