Pros

Relationships with other employees can be good.

Cons

Management does not and will not ever care about you, your hours and responsibilities are nothing like what they advertise, if someone is feeling lazy one day they will just dump their work onto you and expect you to do it. H.R does not care about serious issues happening within the company. The big dogs are too busy off on their golf trips to actually run the business. Do not try and ask for a raise for the extra work you are doing if youre under the age of 30 because they will claim "you are too young to be asking for a raise". Unless you are into shady doings and trying to be scammed into an overprices house that will have issues down the road, stay away.

Pros

Good pay, low volume of work, nice coworkers

Cons

The job could pretty much be done in a couple hours so being here for nine hours M-F is not necessary. Training could be better in terms of management assistance.
