I accepted this role with the expectation of reestablishing my project coordination career and pursuing opportunities for growth. However, the role turned out to be misleading. The team dynamics resembled a high school cafeteria environment, with clear favoritism evident.
I raised concerns with my manager about the behavior of the colleague assigned to train me. She was consistently condescending and visibly frustrated during the training process. Rather than fostering a supportive and constructive environment, she resorted to micromanagement while questioning whether I genuinely liked the job enough to remain.
Overall, it was an unfortunate and unprofessional team to work with, making the experience highly disappointing.
