No training. They pretty much sit you at a desk and tell you to figure it out. All ideas are null and void as they feel they know what they’re doing even if they don’t have the numbers to show it. Management on a regional level is not on the same page as corporate and corporate is so far removed from how the real world works its insane. I’ve personally never been with a company as large as them and so disorganized.
