Pros
Small startup with 20-30 employes. Works with latest technologies like Cloud, Containers,Kubernetes. If you learn by self, you have pretty much free hands to try out the things hands on. Most clients are of US, may need late night supports but not regularly.
Cons
Very less sa lary for freshers when compared to other companies. No good folks with good expertise on the things, you'll learn, you'll implement. Work life balance is okay. Hikes are okay but they are pretty much dependent on your current CTC

Good company culture, flexibility and amazing experienced people to work with. Focuses more on employee benefits and their career growth.
Cons
If you love going office then you will miss office environment as its a fully remote company.
