      See all the new products before they're stocked

      Cons

      Demotions without notice, unfair hour distribution between floor members and cashiers (floor gets a higher wage AND more hours/days), do not consider your availability and will schedule you on days you say you can't work, lack of communication, will make you do things not in your job description (i.e. MANAGER'S DUTIES)

      It is flexible to work in . They care about you so if there is any situation that you cannot work they understand you.

      Cons

      I do not think there are many cons. It is just that closing time is different everyday
