      Pros

      Flexibility with school schedule. The short hours are good for students who need a part-time job.

      Cons

      The company is always changing their policies, so it's hard to keep track of what exactly they want us to do. The pay does not reflect the amount of work we do. It's really hard to climb up the corporate ladder, so if you're trying to grow career wise, this company is not the best place to work at.

      Poor communication from middle management, overworked for the low pay offered, does not offer substantial benefits for part-timers, exploitative of employees, will let you go at a moment's notice with no warning or preparation
