      Pros

      Independent learning, train yourself from your own experience. Good for fresh grads that need to fill their resumes (please read contract carefully). Be prepared to do tasks outside of your job scope.

      Cons

      Many rules enforced which sometimes feel suffocating and you're always watched. Not a place for long term growth since it's hard for a big company to change. Be prepared for inefficient workflows by the lack of changes over the years. Team communication is not the best, not everyone is able work well according to their job scope.
