Pros

The pay is ok, PTO is unlimited; if shooting your billable time down is your thing 🤷‍♂️

Cons

Throughout my career I have found one thing to be steadily true, if the company can't stop talking about their culture; it's because it's toxic. Management is laughable, children playing big kid roles. Leadership is non existent, they are a venture capitalist group; need I say more? They're starting to onboard spring chickens and giving them new to the company titles to pay them less for the same work as their counterparts; with absolutely zero plans to move them forward. The left doesn't know what the right is doing, but if you went to The University Of Ohio; you will move up quickly here.

Great Company with Growth Opportunities

Pros

DAS Health is a company that genuinely values its employees and their growth. Because they are focused on growth, The opportunities to learn and grow within the organization are endless. They put a strong emphasis on professional development and really take employee feedback and make changes because of it. The culture is outstanding. There is never a time where you will not have support or answer to a question. The entire team wants to help no matter their position, they are just a message away. I always appreciate the open communication and transparency throughout DAS.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, there are moments where workloads can feel heavy, especially during major projects or initiatives. However, the team is supportive, and management actively seeks feedback to improve processes and balance.
