Pros

I have never worked for a company that has this much positivity and belief in their team. The company culture is one of growth, personal and professional. The amount of passion at this company is unreal.

Cons

With any company growing change comes fast and you must be willing to adapt. While this is not viewed as a con by me, it can be a lot for some. If you like growth, you will like this company.

Easy going staff Small enough that you interact almost daily with owners Open door policy invest in employees with training encourage staff to be goal oriented

Cons

Sales is fast paced and can be challenging being successful in sales requires lots of cold calling
