- Remote work available in the support department and some others - Good employees, some great people, just misled - Employee driven reward program - Bonuses available through company performance

Cons

- Toxic culture, where promotions are based palling up to management - Massive outsourcing of jobs to other countries to save money - Leadership obsessed with saving money at all cost - Large exodus of tenured employees, both voluntarily and forced - Salaried employees forced to use PTO, despite working overtime - Date driven goals, regardless of reality - Team leads that don't understand what their team actually does

In office catered lunches and snacks. Local Employees recieve amazing benefits.

Cons

Remote employees get an insurance that may not be accepted in their area as a preferred provider. If you are in a state that doesn't mandate sick or parental leave you wont get it even though other members of your department do. they only provide the minimum required by local law. You miss out on multiple benefits and activities because you aren't local. They make promises and never deliver.
