      Pros

      A great culture where teamwork and growth is encouraged. The managers I have worked with have been very encouraging and driven to see you succeed. Open door policy, your voice is heard.

      Cons

      Every job and place is what you make of it, if you look for negative then you will find it. I haven't had a bad experience here.

      Pros

      DAT is a company that thousands of companies depend on to run their businesses. The work you do here actually matters to the success of essential transportation within North America. Having built a trusted name in the industry over the past few decades means that you have direct access to customers, their problems, and room to innovate. The company has been investing in new tech, new people, and new ideas and it's been really fun to be a part of. At DAT you will find smart and kind people who are really committed to solving customer problems and showing empathy towards their colleagues.

      Cons

      With any company that has been around for more than a decade, there will be some legacy systems in place that are hard to navigate and inefficient. However, that is an opportunity to influence positive change.

      Great area to Grow

      Pros

      Provides an environment that supports self growth and supports your journey in the career direction you actually want to go in. In no way shape or form a job that is easy, but an amazing area to learn and gain real work experience. I had no idea where I would end up in starting off here in DAT, but so happy with the path I choose and blessed with the support I received.

      Cons

      No cons with DAT, solely the actual industry we work within is a very cut-throat industry that takes some extra tough skin to work in. Very fast paced and lot's of growth and change happening in the industry that can be difficult to keep up with.
