You would get weekends off... Sometimes.

Cons

Pay was horrendous, only thing that made it "decent" was the bonuses but it was so easy to lose that bonus, any little mistake could be used against you. Hours were really long and you could not leave until you finished your work. HR goes out of their way to get into your personal business.

Cons

Learning the individual project details, obviously this is anywhere. The hands on training helps work through that.

Nothing that is worth highlighting....very disappointing company.

Cons

Poor HRIS systems, tedious excel spreadsheets for everything, horrible onboarding, low wages, and no teamwork from any of the HR teams in the business. HR Leadership is unprofessional and does not investigate ANY concerns that arise especially when it involves one of the owners. Definitely seek other options before Datamark.
