Pros

The management team is very experienced, and they have gone out of their way to make sure I felt supported. The company talks about its commitment to creating a good work environment, and I have experienced it firsthand that they do.

Cons

Pay could be slightly higher, but the nice work environments make up for it.

The culture here is so welcoming and positive that you'd be crazy NOT to want to be a part of the team. Compared to other contact center and BPO providers especially, Datamark is one that stands out as a place to retire - all because how they treat people.

Cons

Wish they had a larger U.S. national footprint.
