Pros

Strategic interview with this team, I am sure I made the right decision in engaging in the conversation with the recruiter. She was exemplary in business knowledge and answered every question in deep understanding, top notch. The process has been extremely smooth, and I would highly recommend them as a top employer in many avenues however, the salary was lacking and not a fit for my personal goals.

Cons

Salary and lack of foreword thinking in the realm of hybrid

Pros

Datamark has been very good to me. From the executives to my colleagues I have been treated with kindness and respect. My input is always considered seriously even if they disagree. The people are so great I look forward to coming to work.

Cons

The pay could be higher but it is fair

Pros

No pros really, you need a job you may find it quick here.

Cons

The only reason to work for this company is that you need a job fast but still keep applying elsewhere and leave as soon as you can, even if is within a month of starting. It's a company that really doesn't understand technology, it runs their operations with excel and access "solutions", they are moving into Microsoft fabric but still think that's the solution for everything, even as they have their own software development team, which seems they are trying to get rid of. There's a lot of nepotism, and as much they talk about their core values they don't follow it, basically they don't talk the talk and walk the walk that they preach. They sell that their people is first but rarely is the case, also they may sell to you that there is a lot of internal promotions, that happens only because of high turnover or because their people will put it their two weeks (seems that's the only way to get a promotion around here) if not check their director of engineering, he has not enough experience nor matureness needed for that position. Benefits are not great, you get 10 days of PTO your first year, way below the standard of well reputed companies, for some positions bonuses exist but is debatable because salaries/wages are really low here. To be a private family owned company you will expect that when company is doing good is also reflected on their employees but absolutely not the case. Also no WFH for staff except for "favorites".
