Off weekends, that's about it.

Cons

Horrible management. One person tells you to do it the "right way", other person gets after you for doing it that way and shows you the real "right way". No overtime, not even one minute...no, seriously.

A good team would get recognition for your effort.

Cons

Improper resource management, too much over time, too little pay, no career growth, no clear career path, managed by old rigid rules which do not make sense now.
