Pros

I just started 2 weeks ago and so far I like it. Everyone is friendly and helpful, including management and the hiring staff. My supervisor treats me like an equal and HR has always been so kind and helpful.

Cons

Working the occasional Saturday sucks but, hey, Overtime! $$$ The pay is embarrassing.

My management team is great. They listen to my critiques and are willing to find better / faster ways for the team to exceed bonus goals. The pay is good and they offer 401k, healthcare and much more.

Cons

Paid holidays are on the low end, even when our client is off.

Flexible hours most if the time.

Cons

We run out of work before our shifts end, sent home with no pay. Have to use PTO in 2 or more hours per request. Pay is to low. Bonus is a joke. No pay increases.
