The hours are too long and you have to work on American and Mexican Holidays. Management sometimes do not listen to you

Pros

This company has a wonderful diverse, accepting, and friendly work environment. People are very helpful and stick to the core beliefs of the company to a suprising degree. They also have excellent accessibilty, and it feels like they legitimately care about you as an individual person, and not just a cog in the machine.

Cons

The only real downside is the strictness of the secure room, so if you need your phone to live, you wont like it here.
