lack of advancement, no raises or bonus (at least not to the hourly employees), its a who you know not what you know environment

Cons

The bigger the company, the more difficult it is to get noticed among the crowd and the more difficult it becomes to move up.

Cons

Very poor leadership where the company's values are on the wall but not lived out at the top. Pay is below average for the industry.
