Miami is screaming for a neutral HR Department as there is no one to see what really goes on there!!!! Management has no idea how to lead and they are the ones to form clicks (embarrassing). Employees are over worked, underpaid and unappreciated. It is a shame as this company is so big. DB Schenker watch the trend and you will see why employees desperately need HR to bring some control to the organization. 1-2 employees resign a month (or every other) review it and help those that stay. Take control of management but most of all take control of your company. Pomote and control employee growth, give raises and you will have long term employees.

Mandatory line rate .Mandatory completion of all tickets, packing and shipping of all parts before allowed to go home, Usually 14 hours shifts. Will walk (Briskly) not run. Must maintain 100 parts pulled /hr. regardless of part, distance walked, or time 1st hour, or 14th hour. Could walk over 6 miles per shift. No safety regarding forklifts, they're trying to complete their jobs too, you just have to wait
