At the time of hiring I was given incorrect information on when when benefits start, I was told immediately but it 60 days plus.
Also, when i was being onboarded, They asked me if I would work in a department that was failing and offered me additional compensation. I was lead to believe it was in the offer I signed, but 4 months later I discovered I never got it. When I asked about it I was told they found out they actually weren't allowed to make that off and I would be getting nothing. When ask why they didn't tell me when they found out the told me they guessed it slipped through the cracks.
Today, I was cornered by two survivors who berated me about and issue in inventory control. A department I do not work in.
All my grievances have been report to my supervisor but no change has been made
