- Terrible and non-competitive salary
- Company censors reviews on this website and inflates ratings to fabricate how "good" the company. To whomever is charge of moderating reviews for this company's page, how dare you try to lure people at this absurd compqny with your fake reviews and censorship. That is seriously unethical.
- Lots of toxic office culture with people slamming on their desks cursing up a storm.
- Be prepared to stay until your "shift" ends. If you finish early in they day, you cannot leave and are forced to pick up another team's slack.
- All you do in this company is click click click on the computer.
- Be prepared to travel and receive an expectation to be back in the office on the same day. I remember going to a job site that was two hours away from the office, which was three hours from home. My boss expected me to return to the office towards the end of the workday.
- Every day felt dreadful. Underpaid and underappreciated.
- Erik is the only nice manager. Every other manager is flat out rude.
- Speaking of managers, isn't it considered poor leadership if you have to get someone from another team to pick up your team's work? You are humiliating your team and their morale. Why don't you, I don't know, encourage them more and understand why theu are slacking.
- Raises? Oh you mean the tiny ampunt of money you get while your higher ups, who argueably do less than you, get all of that bonus and raise pooled money.
- You are expected to know everything in that IEC code book that thankfully the company provides.
- Don't even try to leave early in the day because you finished your work. Your manager's assistant's desk literally block the door and questions why you are leaving. Then you'll get reprimanded by your manager.
- You may experience an existential crisis every day that you work here.
