      Worst place to work.

      You work with SOME good people, otherwise, stay away.

      Cons

      DBS Interactive is a terrible terrible place. The CEO is blatantly racist and misogynistic. Talks were had about not hiring women because they were "too emotional", marketing campaigns were pulled or discussed because subjects used in images were "too black" or not friendly enough (read: white enough). Employees scream at each other all day long. Toxic work environment in every way, shape, and form. If you care about your brand or just about how people treat other people, stay away at all costs. Pay raises don't exist. Benefits do not exist. Flexibility does not exist.

      Pros

      Good place to learn if you can handle trial-by-fire

      Cons

      Toxic work environment from the ground up. The pay is low. Workplace is inflexible and benefits are sorely lacking. They've expanded too rapidly without increasing their workforce which leads to serious burnout for everyone and overall low morale. Screaming matches in the office 3 times a week on average.

      Great team, good work hours and work/life balance, 4th street

      Cons

      Pay is low. Not a lot of flexibility which is not competitive in tech. No training or process but high expectations. Really high turnover CEO does not seem trust anyone else with control or ownership which creates a bottleneck for employee and company growth. Also looks like money mishandled
