Great team, good work hours and work/life balance, 4th street

Cons

Pay is low. Not a lot of flexibility which is not competitive in tech. No training or process but high expectations. Really high turnover CEO does not seem trust anyone else with control or ownership which creates a bottleneck for employee and company growth. Also looks like money mishandled

At DBS the CEO truly does care about her employees and only wants the best for them. She sees the potential in each one of us and wants us to be the best they can be. The entire office environment is upbeat and everyone gets along great.
