      Pros

      Good place to learn if you can handle trial-by-fire

      Cons

      Toxic work environment from the ground up. The pay is low. Workplace is inflexible and benefits are sorely lacking. They've expanded too rapidly without increasing their workforce which leads to serious burnout for everyone and overall low morale. Screaming matches in the office 3 times a week on average.

      Pros

      DBS has been very flexible as I have fostered and adopted children with extra needs. My workmates are very talented which makes my job easier. I am able to continue to flex my programming muscles trying new things.

      DBS is an agency and has some unpredictability based on clients urgent needs
