Cons
- Independent contractor work: If you join the team as an independent contractor, you may be depressed during tax season. Word of advice: save money that you're going to lose and work towards becoming an official employee. - Time away from home: You may end up spending quite a bit of time out of state. This is a bigger problem for people with spouses and/or children, but someone "riding solo" should do just fine.
