Poor management, company says they're a family and that they care about each other but are just as cutthroat as any other company, poor project management, and pretends to invest in their employees

Managers are incompetent and socially inept. They will work you to the bones promising comp time and then take that away once you try to use it. I am a female and I referred a male colleague. They hired him at a higher pay than me even though I have 10+ more yrs experience than him. 2 fenale engineers in the whole company. They hired another colleague I referred, hadme train him and then laid me off and kept him.
