Absolutely none! I wld never recommend this place!

Cons

Managers are incompetent and socially inept. They will work you to the bones promising comp time and then take that away once you try to use it. I am a female and I referred a male colleague. They hired him at a higher pay than me even though I have 10+ more yrs experience than him. 2 fenale engineers in the whole company. They hired another colleague I referred, hadme train him and then laid me off and kept him.

Pretty Comfortable Career

Pros

Pretty good company atmosphere. Flexible schedule. Ability to remotely access desktop and work from home. Room to grow.

Cons

Health insurance is more catastrophic in nature. Pretty expensive. In order to do the aforementioned 'growing' you need to be pretty persistent with management, likely the same for many work environments though.
