      Friendly environment, welcoming team, knowledgeable staff, willing to share knowledge and support each other to achieve their goals.

      Cons

      Strengthen standard practices, ensure that if decisions are made that impact standard practices, they are communicated out and tracked.

      Pros

      Great owner of company, HR and project manager is exceptional. Company has contractual stability and longevity. DCCA has about 120+ employees that work on both cleared and Health Care IT contracts.

      Cons

      Although they are prime on a few contracts, they are unable to hire uncleared people for contracts for which they sub. (contract regulations) They also might not be able to quickly place some workers into new jobs if contract ends.

      Pros

      I have been so pleasantly surprised by the freshness of this organization. They have so many wonderful employees and make you feel extremely welcome. My onboarding process was a breeze and I was up and running on day 1. Highly recommend.
