Pros

I have been with DCG ONE for over ten years and was with one of the companies that merged together to form DCG ONE. I have found management to be very willing to listen to my concerns and really feel that they care about me. There are many company events that give me a chance to interact with my coworkers and are really fun to attend. The owners are actively involved which is nice to see.

Cons

Some coworkers take their job for granted and don't step up as team members.

Pros

I have been with the company for four years and I get to work with an amazing team of smart and creative people. The work is rewarding and I get to partner with a wide range of clients and great brands that are both interesting and challenging. My role has grown with an employer that offers me the opportunity to be creative and contribute to the company’s bigger vision for the future. I am recognized by both my peers and leadership and they have helped shape my career. As a locally owned business, the ownership cares for its people and strives to build a culture that bridges services with manufacturing. With a strong commitment to relationships and work-life balance I would recommend working at DCG ONE.

Cons

This is a growing company that manages the shifting space between digital and traditional services that can make adapting the day-to-day workflow and communication more challenging.

Pros

Good opportunity for learning new entry-level skills, Acctg. department culture hard working but not overly inflexible.

Cons

Salary below market, undefined internal controls, OT hours not required but necessary for expectation of duties due to level of staffing, multiple data systems not combined to create seamless functionality of information.
