Pros

It is nice to work for a company that is growing and thriving! So many are scaling back but DCG ONE has a focus on growth and earning and keeping great customers. Owners work hard to create a pleasant work environment and to fix things that employees raise to their awareness. A real commitment to success for all.

Cons

Bus does not service SODO location well.

+ great team of people + company promotes from within

Cons

+ Company leadership doesn’t let employees celebrate or mention pride on behalf of the company. Feels very homophobic and uncomfortable. I am queer and don’t feel safe being out at work. + poor pay & benefits + stingy + weird class system – print production workers are treated entirely differently than office workers
