Pros

I enjoy most of the people I work with.

Cons

The company has no direction. Employees just do our jobs to have a job. There is no quality of work or pride taken. A big poo storm. Floor leadership is less than favorable with a exceptions. A lot of work and not enough workers. Some of the best people already left the company.

Pros

I have been with the company for four years and I get to work with an amazing team of smart and creative people. The work is rewarding and I get to partner with a wide range of clients and great brands that are both interesting and challenging. My role has grown with an employer that offers me the opportunity to be creative and contribute to the company’s bigger vision for the future. I am recognized by both my peers and leadership and they have helped shape my career. As a locally owned business, the ownership cares for its people and strives to build a culture that bridges services with manufacturing. With a strong commitment to relationships and work-life balance I would recommend working at DCG ONE.

Cons

This is a growing company that manages the shifting space between digital and traditional services that can make adapting the day-to-day workflow and communication more challenging.

Pros

I have been with DCG ONE for several years and continue to be impressed with the company and its efforts to grow and provide career opportunities. The company has diversified its offerings and is definitely becoming the leader in the market with a variety of marketing services. The management welcomes new ideas and ways to improve the business. It's also nice to see the owners actively involved in the business and helping across the company on a daily basis.

Cons

We have a good amount, but even more company events and activities for team building would be great.
