Pros

I am enjoying my days here at DCG ONE. I find busy days, helpful and friendly coworkers, and a great immediate team. My days are never the same, yet I enjoy enough of a routine that aligns nicely with my work ethic. I can go to management at any time and I feel valued here.

Cons

The commute and traffic is a daily grind.

Pros

It is nice to work for a company that is growing and thriving! So many are scaling back but DCG ONE has a focus on growth and earning and keeping great customers. Owners work hard to create a pleasant work environment and to fix things that employees raise to their awareness. A real commitment to success for all.

Cons

Bus does not service SODO location well.
