Pros

Get to work on everything. Get to choose what you work on. Great internal support and depth of knowledge Promotes inter office work and collaboration

Cons

Management doesn't really track hours. That is left on the individual. Has a lot of project to manage at once.

Pros

The Portland office is very well-run. Leadership is young, smart, flexible, and supportive. Work-life balance is mostly respected as long as you hold your ground. There are subject-specific, company-wide committees that are very valuable for collaboration and education. The company is growing into new markets and has a secure future.

Cons

The company as a whole is very financially conservative. 401k matching is far below market average and not guaranteed at all. Bonuses were minuscule. Pay raises didn't keep up with inflation.
