      Pros

      The managers I have had do value the employees. They compensate okay. And, the benefits are pretty reasonable as well. I haven't been there long enough to give much more additional insight.

      Cons

      The company's systems are quite outdated. Though, it allows for additional jobs which have been great for me! I don't have anything bad to say so far about the company as a whole.

      Pros

      The high turnover and overall lax attitude can be good if you need to take a lot of sick days, or if you are not an engaged worker. It can also happen that you are left to your own devices.

      Cons

      The very low wage and the huge language gap between employees. There is poor communication. This is a bad place to grow.
