      Pros

      I can't think of a "pro" that sets them apart from other Govt subcontractors.

      Cons

      I never felt like I was part of DCi, I just felt like I was 2nd class. Management has their favorites, and with being part of that favored group, it gives you a license to treat others disrespectfully, and get away with it. Working for this company was one of the worst experiences in my life and I wouldn't work for them again if they paid me double. Shame doesn't even begin to cover what I hope they feel.

      Cares about employees. Very competitive benefits. Great opportunities for diversifying work if wanted.

      Same cons standard to any contractor. Government customers can be challenging at times depending on which contract you work.
