      Pros

      Very professional from the onboarding to the training and follow-up and interactions with people at all levels. Leadership genuinely cares about the people and value tenure. Benefits are extremely rich!

      Cannot think of anything that would be considered a con.

      Needs better, consistent and formalized development practices, but this is actively being improved.
