Pros

The people in the departments, the manager and team leads care about you and want to help you succeed and advance. They feed you all the time and are flexible with your schedule. Location is less then 5 minutes from the MOA and right off 494.

Cons

The problem they face is their HR department and they do not care how hard you work and what you do, they will demote or terminate you without proper cause or being written up. They will fill positions with people they want, and a lot has changed in 2 years. People who have been with the company for over 10 years are leaving and while it is not said out loud, it has to do with HR and how they treat the staff

Semi-good benefits. Decent bonus potential. WFH.

Cons

Hourly pay isn't livable. You basically have to get bonus in order to live comfortably, and they have been making it harder and harder to get bonuses. Terrible at communication, asking for a raise is basically laughed at. No decent maternity leave, not a workplace for working families at all.
