Great staff and helpful co-workers...never ending stream of clients.

Cons

It is collecting on Decedents (Dead Peoples) estates. It is highly monitored and compliant. (Think fingerprinting and cameras everywhere) more like a Govt agency, maybe more so with the security and compliance measures.

Flexible scheduling, uncapped bonus/commission potential, advancement opportunities, approachable managers and team, amazing benefits, PTO, paid holidays, FOOD! People are all working towards a common goal to help one another and the company.

Cons

Dealing with decedent's loved ones who are grieving.
