Stressful, fast paced, pressure to hit both monthly and daily goals, some managers difficult to work with, no bonuses if goals not met

They give employees some good perks-free food, chair messages, prizes to giveaway.

Cons

All of that money on the perks could be spent on raising the pay as it is so low it barely meets the cost of living. No one stays for long unless upper management likes you.
