      Give you a lot of opportunities to grown and showcase you skills.

      Cons

      Used to feel more restrictive by requiring things such as a formal dress code though I believe from former coworkers that that is chagning.

Our culture continues to be a major priority and over the last few years, put a big focus on being “flexible about flexibility” and this includes a “smart casual” dress attire among other changes that enhance our culture.

      Pros

      The Gas business is thriving and will never go away. part of the infrastructure.

      Cons

      You will be treated like a peasant. The Leadership is not interesting in new innovative ideas, but more of a "this is the way i was taught" approach. No innovation in technology, social media or collaboration. IT's a butts in seats mentality approach across the board. No flexibility to flex work or objective based work load, but more office hours and work as much as you need but no overtime.
