Pros
Great benefits, great 401k match, good vacation policy, great people and good middle management. Good office location in Tulsa. Other perks in each office
Cons
Used to be a great place to work but when new upper management came on the company started the slow downward spiral. Layoffs of older, knowledgable staff was the biggest mistake. Consolidating commercial in Houston & accounting in Denver is a huge disservice to the entire organization. No longer cares about employees but forcing DCP 20/20 down everyone's throat is now their top priority. Bringing consultants, who know nothing about the midstream sector, in is a waste of money & time.
