Pros
Sharp hands-on managers that offer a diverse background. Good compensation/benefits and work/life balance (although only for traditional full-time roles, alternate or part time roles are not supported). They support healthy lifestyles for their employees, promoting programs for healthy eating and exercise (Heart Walk, Team Challenges, Fitbit). Good vacation policy, rewarding employees with prior work experience.
Cons
Current executive team interacts only within their top layer and lacks a true understanding of the individual employees. Prior leaders managed many layers deep and would reach out to know the employees and know their contributions to the company. Advancement is limited and generally they hire externally rather than promote from within.
