5yThank you for sharing your experiences over the last 5+ years, during that time our focus on DCP 2.0 allowed us to set our sights high on all we wanted to accomplish among our every changing industry. The outcome of our transformation has enabled us to be a safer, more reliable and sustainable operator. Like many organizations that are flattening their hierarchy to eliminate bureaucracy and streamline communications. We continue to provide opportunities to develop and this year, we successfully launched multiple training opportunities to all our employees.
