      Generally speaking was a good company, now on the decline. decent benefits

      Generally speaking was a good company, now on the decline. The IT department, cannot execute on large projects; and is interested in Marketing itself and chooses to ignore the obvious issues at the Manager and Director level. Leadership is in denial about their abilities to execute to help the business. It is all talk and meeting that accomplish nothing.

We review compensation annually to be competitive with the market, offer increases for high performers and bonuses based on our goals.
