Pros
TL;DR: DCP Midstream is fun place to work! I came to DCP Midstream as someone without the oil and gas experience and have since then learned a lot of oil and gas and will forever be #EnergyProud. DCP Midstream is a great training ground for those who are looking for cross-functional experience and training. The team I worked with was absolutely exceptional - definitely a world-class team! The projects I worked on were amazing and transformational. Every request for project work that I asked for was met, I had pretty much all the support and tools I needed to be successful. Ever arrive or leave work feeling like a deflated balloon? Not with me, I came and left work feeling like a margarita on a beach! Sure, there are days where it is tougher than others, but that's just life - sometimes your margarita is weak, other days it is strong. My entire leadership team was there when I needed them - celebrating my successes and supporting me through my failures. Those that say the culture is terrible, or that we're running too lean, etc. don't understand the work that's being done and obviously did not make the cut and/or couldn't last in a highly competitive industry. If you don't like change or can't keep up, move over, because DCP is in the left-lane passing everyone!
