      Great relations from peers thru management. Employers take pride and ownership of their work. Management is actually open to improve current business processes.

      Growing pains. There's a lot of work & you have to learn to prioritize or you will stress.

      Lots of positive changes around work life balance, dress code, etc are great to see. Commitment to making big leap in how company uses technology and data to improve work process via DCP 2.0 should make us more efficient.

      still a cyclical industry.
