      Pros

      DCP Midstream is full of some really intelligent, thoughtful, and talented leaders. The current CEO is very open-minded and holds his leadership accountable to his high expectations. They value employee development and growth. If you work hard and exceed expectations, you will get noticed and move up! They are going through a culture change for the better, and it has been a dynamic team to be a part of. The VP of HR is an incredible leader, and really keeps DCP employees' best interests in mind. Great half day Friday schedule and benefits too!

      Cons

      Only downside is the vulnerability to oil and gas prices. They've had to reduce staff to adapt the organization in the current commodity environment.
