      Pros

      Good vacation time, good work group in my area, great pay, can always transfer into other job fields if you are willing to move. Good benefits. Safety focused.

      Cons

      Sometimes the o.t. can be tough. weird gimmicky corporate initiatives (dcp2020). Tight budgets. Hard to get new vehicles.

      The company has a good focus on safety and have many good people. The benefits are strong and there is much career opportunity.

      Cons

      The organization lacks standards around accounting and does not hold people accountable to do their jobs and manage their budgets effectively.
