Pros
The 401K is great. Pay at one time was really good.
Cons
Work force of today/tomorrow is a complete joke and the company will lose a lot of great people because of it. You got people doing multiple jobs but not getting credit but being punished for not knowing how to do some other tasks that doesn't even apply to their area. If you've ever gotten a raise in the past now you make to much money. The comment management keeps making is it's a work in progress but no one can answer any question.
